- Ozomax skid mounted systems facilitate installation. All components are pre-assembled and electrically wired together at the factory. The OZO-4HDHF skid shown produces 80 g/h from dry oxygen. On the front of the skid are the ozone generator, the compressor and the control box.
- On the back of the OZO-4HDHF skid are the air pre-treatment units (left) and the oxygen concentrator (right). The skid shown is equipped with an optional air conditioner (middle) which cools the inside of the ozonator such that its performance is independent of ambient temperature and humidity.
- All Ozomax commercial ozonators may be equipped with air conditioning systems such that their performance is unaffected by local ambient temperature and humidity. Other custom features include controls which allow the operator to power each ozone generating module of the ozonator individually. The OZO-12LTHF models shown contain six ozone generating modules each.
- Based on the water analysis, Ozomax can design a complete treatment system including all pre-ozonation and post-ozonation steps as well as advanced oxidation process steps if needed. Custom options include assembling the entire treatment system on a trailer for applications requiring that the system be used at various locations.
